Check-out time is 11 a.m.
Due to previous reservations, if you plan on staying longer, the earlier you re-register, the better your chance of keeping your site. Please communicate clearly with park manager. Site extensions are at the discretion of park management.

Quiet time 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. 
Please be considerate of others. No loud music at any time.

Please let us know what we can do to make your stay more fun. We’d be more than happy to provide information about the KOA Campground at your next destination – just ask!

We want the children to be safe & have a good time, but always under the watchful eyes of a parent/guardian. Please use good judgment if you decide to leave your children at the park when you are gone. We are not responsible for their safety or welfare. You are liable for their behavior.

Disorderly conduct, drunkenness, illegal drugs, obscene language, obnoxious, disruptive or vulgar behavior will not be tolerated. They will be cause for immediate removal without refund.

Please observe a speed limit of no more than 7 mph.

Wireless Internet is only for our guests and allowed visitors. Premium WiFi is available for a fee.

We are pet friendly here at the Breckenridge / Hubbard Creek Lake KOA RV Park, Camping Cabins and Delux Cabins.

• Must be leashed at 6′ or less at all times.
• We ask that you pick up after their messes – please help keep our campground clean!
• Kamp K9 is our fenced area in the park for pets to play off leash
• May not leave unattended
• NO AGGRESSIVE BREED DOGS ARE ALLOWED IN THE PARK

The dumpster is located in the park is for personal trash only. All garbage must be bagged & tied, boxes broken down. DO NOT leave trash outside by your RV or outside of the dumpster. Cleanliness of the park is important to us. Sites are to be kept clean and orderly, as determined by management. Please leave laundry room as you would like to find it. If any areas are in need of attention, please notify the manager. Washing vehicles in the park is prohibited, however; keeping your RV clean and in good repair is required.

NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED. NO OPEN FIREARMS DISPLAYED

Two vehicles only per RV space if your space is large enough. Please park parallel to your RV out of the main drives. Do not park on medians.

A positive sewer seal at both ends of sewer hose is required. Texas law requires that a sewer hose must be fastened using a connector or a rubber donut.
